The Brief

To design and develop a new and exciting online store to attract new visitors and encourage repeat purchases among loyal fans. Boost brand awareness and increase fan base in Facebook.

The Results

With a sound SEO analysis and strategic keyword mapping, the new online store is occupying the top position on page 1 of Google for competitive keywords such as "makeup brushes" and "cosmetic brushes". As a result, they achieved 150% more traffic from Google than they received in 2011.

With a spike in traffic and regular newsletter campaigns, Crown brush picked up a 58% increase in online sales in 2012 compared to their sales in 2011.

The social media team also devised a strategy to boost Crown Brush's fan base in Facebook and Twitter. By running viral competitions in Facebook, we were able to triple their fans from 320 to over 1000 fans in less than 3 months in 2012. We also ran promotions and sales to create a profitable campaign from their raving fan base.
