During lunch time last week, the GCDS team were discussing about logos and colours. Certain logos have characteristics and personality behind their logo font or symbol. I mean, have you ever wondered why the KFC logo is red and not blue?
Colours play a very important part in logos. The colours you use to portray your logo can also be used to give people an impression of your company, meaning they can easily affect how people see your business. Certain colours can affect people's mood to feel hungry, happy or even aggressive.
We have made an infographic below, putting together logos in a colour palette including a description on what the colour portrays. We hope this will give you a better understanding on your next logo or branding design. Share your thoughts on our infographic below.
