Could this be the last blog post from GCDS?

So as I sit here and wait for the inevitable 21/12/12 - I start to wonder what everyone else is doing at this time if not in front of the computer reading this blog post. I take a look back at the last 5 years we have been a company and it really is quite nostalgic. We have had a lot of joyous occasions and tough challenges to face but in that process we have made our contribution to the web industry, with many clients we are thankful for having their continuous support.

We have clients that have stayed true to us and become our closest friends, meanwhile we welcome new friends that we have made just in the past couple of months too! As a thank you to our wonderful clients, we have sent to each one a Christmas Card to let them know how much we we appreciate their support for GCDS. We ourselves have even received a few yummy gifts from our own clients too *nom nom*.

Special shout out to Brad Grossett who spent a week with us in early December helping us with some work. Brad is a Year 10 student from Banora Point High School who asked us for work placement, due to his interest in digital design. We hope you learned a lot from us Brad and hope to see you soon!

Another year gone, and another to come (hopefully) and so we celebrated with a little Christmas Dinner at Pancho's Mexican Restaurant at Mudgeeraba. Really fantastic food - and I even got myself a Pina Colada…. not expecting it's size to be massive, though tasty it was pretty strong.

So as we say good-bye to 2012, and we say hello to 2013 (or the apocalypse), we hope that this year has been good to everyone and may an even better year come next. May the Summer Christmas holidays bring joy and happiness to all!

From the GCDS Team

Told you the next blog post would be soon ;)
